Terms & Conditions – Cancellation & Refund Policy
At House of Mosaic Boutique Hotel Aruba, we value your reservation and look forward to welcoming you. To ensure fairness while protecting our boutique operations, we have established the following strict cancellation policy for direct bookings:
Cancellation Policy
- Full Payment at Time of Booking:
- To secure your stay, all reservations require full payment at the time of booking.
- Cancellation Deadlines and Fees:
- 30 days or more before check-in date:
50% of the total booking amount will be refunded, less transaction fees (bank, credit card, or PayPal processing fees). - Less than 30 days before check-in date:
No refunds will be provided. The full amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- 30 days or more before check-in date:
- No-Show Policy:
- Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
- Early Departure Policy:
- No refunds or credits will be issued for early departures or unused nights.
Refund Process
- Refund Timing:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
- Transaction Fee Deductions:
- All refunds are subject to deductions for processing fees incurred through banks, credit card providers, and PayPal. These fees are non-recoverable.
Booking Modifications
- Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days prior to the original check-in date.
- If the new dates fall under a higher rate, the guest must pay the difference.

As a small boutique hotel with limited room availability, last-minute cancellations or changes prevent us from rebooking the room and result in significant financial loss. Additionally, transaction fees charged by payment providers are non-recoverable to our business. Our direct booking rates are already discounted compared to third-party platforms, offering you the best value.
