At House of Mosaic, we open our doors to locals with care, creativity, and respect for our curated space. As a small boutique hotel, we maintain a clear and firm policy to ensure fairness, safety, and a magical experience for all guests — while protecting the integrity of our property and team.

Eligibility & Scope

• Nocturna is exclusively available to residents of Aruba. A valid Aruba-issued ID is required at check-in.
  
• Adults Only: All guests must be 21+ unless expressly approved in writing. No children permitted for Nocturna overnight stays.
  
• Guest Capacity:
  
  • Standard Rooms: Max 2 guests
    
  • Narnia Cirque (Connecting Rooms): Max 4 guests
    
  • Hotel Buyout: Max 10 overnight guests and 20 event guests
    
• Hotel Environment: This is a hotel, not a villa rental. Hotel staff will be present at all times during both single-room stays and full buyouts.
  

Booking & Payment

• Minimum Stay: 2-night minimum for all Nocturna and Buyout bookings
  
• Full Payment Required: All reservations must be paid in full at time of booking
  
• Booking Code: NOCTURNAMOSAIC
  
• Validity: May 21 – August 31, 2025
  

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 30+ Days Before Check-In: 50% refund, minus payment processing fees
  
• Less Than 30 Days: No refunds issued
  
• No-Shows & Early Departures: No refunds or credits
  
• Refund Processing: Within 10 business days of approval
  

Modifications & Rate Adjustments

• Date Changes: Must be requested at least 30 days before arrival; subject to availability
  
• Rate Differences: Will apply if new dates fall into a higher price period
  

Hotel Buyout – Special Terms

• Event Duration: Private event allowed for up to 3 hours, ending no later than 2:00 AM
  
• Maximum Event Guests: 20
  
• Maximum Overnight Guests: 10
  
• Noise & Music:
  
  • Outdoor music allowed until 11:00 PM
    
  • Indoor music permitted with no time restriction
    
  • Music must run through the hotel’s sound system
    
  • DJs are welcome at guest’s own expense and must be approved in advance
    
• Alcohol Policy:
  
  • No outside liquor permitted
    
  • Enjoy unlimited pours of Nocturna Bloom—our signature cocktail infused with chamomile, mint, bourbon, and citrus, kissed by a hint of smoke—for 1 hour.
    
• Staff Presence: House of Mosaic staff will remain on-site and present throughout both the overnight stay and the private event. This is a hotel experience, not a villa rental.
  

Property Use & Liability

• Respectful Use: Guests must treat the hotel, art, and furniture with care.
  
• Damages: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, theft, or excessive mess. Repair or cleaning charges will be billed to the card on file.
  
• Third-Party Vendors: No unauthorized vendors (catering, bar, decor, sound) permitted. DJ must be pre-approved.
  
• Conduct: House of Mosaic reserves the right to remove guests or terminate events if behavior endangers the property, staff, or other guests.
  

Force MajeureIn the case of unforeseen disruptions (e.g. island-wide outages, civil events), House of Mosaic may reschedule or credit the reservation at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.

AgreementBy completing your booking for Nocturna or the Hotel Buyout, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
